Boosted post management is also included to help extend your reach and drive engagement, without the guesswork.
What’s Included
- One-Hour Strategy Consultation: A dedicated session to align on content goals, brand tone, audience insights, and posting strategy across Facebook and Instagram.
- Account Visual Refresh: A review of your existing social profiles with suggestions for updated profile images, covers, and visual alignment with your brand.
- Profile Optimisation Guide: A step-by-step review and improvement of bios, CTAs, and key business info for both Instagram and Facebook.
- Three Static Posts Per Month: Each post includes a custom graphic and a professionally written caption tailored to your brand messaging and audience.
- Three Static Story Versions of Monthly Posts: Adapted versions of your static content designed specifically for Instagram and Facebook Stories to increase reach.
- Scheduled Posting: All content is pre-scheduled in Meta Business Suite at times optimised for your audience activity.
- Comment and Inbox Management: We monitor and respond to basic comments and messages to help you maintain a responsive and engaging presence.
- Boosted Post Management: Includes selection of each post per month to be promoted, along with basic audience targeting and setup. A minimum ad spend of $70 per month (paid directly to Meta) is required.

Timeframe and Process
- Initial Strategy Consultation: Scheduled within 5 business days of your onboarding form submission.
- Monthly Content Delivery: Posts and story graphics are delivered for your review within 5–7 business days of receiving your image submissions and content planning.
- Content Approval and Scheduling: You’ll receive the full month’s content in the final week of the current month. Once approved, we schedule posts and stories for the upcoming month.
- Performance Reporting: Not included in this tier. Reporting is available as an optional add-on or included with the Social Pro package.
